Sean McCarthy Joins Jones Lang LaSalle’s Portland Office

Addition of “Power Broker” Deepen Firm’s Bench Strength in City


​Portland, Jan. 10, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the appointment of Sean McCarthy, a specialist in industrial and flex properties, as Vice President in the Portland office.

Prior to joining JLL, Sean spent eight years as an Associate Vice President with Kidder Mathews.  Focusing mainly on Portland’s eastside submarkets, McCarthy completed industrial property transactions totaling more than three million square feet with a total consideration of more than $60 million and sale transactions valued at more than $11 million.

McCarthy holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Montana and is a licensed broker in Oregon.  In five of the last seven years, McCarthy has been recognized as a CoStar “Power Broker.” He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
