Jones Lang LaSalle Completes 436,945-SF Industrial Lease in Ontario, Calif.

ONTARIO, CALIF., Sept. 5, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle represented The Dial Corporation, a Henkel Company, in a lease renewal for 436,945 square feet of industrial space at 3355 East Cedar St., in Ontario, Calif. The Dial Corporation will continue to occupy the space for its distribution center.

Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles team members Tim O’Rourke, Bill Honsaker and Mike Fowler,  represented The Dial Corporation.  The landlord, DCT Industrial Trust, represented itself.

“The Inland Empire industrial market continues to be one of the strongest in the United States with 3.8 million square feet of net absorption this year and 4.4 million square feet currently under construction," said O'Rourke.  "The Inland Empire continues to benefit from growth in the E-Commerce sector as well as the food & beverage, third-party logistics and automotive industries.
