Jones Lang LaSalle Selected to Market Heritage Industrial Park

CHARLOTTE, Aug. 22, 2012 —  Jones Lang LaSalle was exclusively retained by SC Yutaka Technologies, Inc. to market and manage the sale of  a Heritage Point Industrial Park facility in Lugoff, South Carolina.

The manufacturing and distribution facility, completed in 1999, sits on a nearly 60 square-acre lot and is located less than one mile from Interstate 20 at 2 Business Parkway in Kershaw County. Totalling over 164,000 square-feet, the property features 25’ to 32’ ceiling heights, nearly 17,000 square-feet of office space, 213 parking spaces, 10 loading docks and two industrial cranes.

Leading the Jones Lang LaSalle team on this assignment are Industrial, Logistics and Supply Chain Services group members, Senior Vice President, SIOR John T. Cashion and Senior Associate Lee B. Allen.

“Heritage Industrial Park proves an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing or distribution operation seeking a high-quality asset with superior infrastructure situated in a low-cost, operating environment” said Allen. “The property’s existing industrial assets would provide manufacturers with state-of-the-art technologies, while the property acreage bodes well for expansion and possible cross-dock capabilities for a distribution operation.”
