Firm Named a “2012 50 Out Front Companies for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work”
CHICAGO, May 2, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it was named as one of Diversity MBA Magazine’s “50 Out Front Companies for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work.” This is Jones Lang LaSalle’s second consecutive year on the list, which features many of its largest clients from various industries and places the firm ahead of its main industry competitors in the D&I space.
The “2012 50 Out Front Companies” benchmarking survey evaluated companies based on on accountability, succession planning, representation, workplace inclusion, recruitment and board diversity. The companies featured on the list have all implemented intentional strategies that encourage managers and women of diverse backgrounds to excel and develop into leadership roles. Winners will be recognized at Diversity MBA’s annual Diversity & Leadership Awards Gala, taking place in Chicago on September 20.
