Jones Lang LaSalle Adds to Portland Industrial Team

Kevin Kriesien latest broker talent to join market-leading Portland operation

PORTLAND, OR, Mar. 26, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the appointment of Kevin Kriesien, a specialist in industrial and flex properties, as Senior Associate in the Portland office.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Kriesien spent six years as an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield where, in 2007, he was acknowledged as Rookie of the Year. Focusing mainly on Portland’s Westside submarkets, Kriesien completed industrial property transactions totalling two million square feet with a total consideration of more than $39 million.

Kriesien attended University of Oregon’s School of Architecture and Allied Arts and is a licensed broker in the state of Oregon.  He is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
