Jones Lang LaSalle Closes Sale on 22-Acre Beltway Crossing Business Park in Houston Area

HOUSTON, Jan 09, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the firm’s Industrial team has closed the sale of a 22-acre tract of land in Beltway Crossing Business Park, located at the corner of South Gessner and Cravens in Missouri City. The sale was handled by the Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial team of Executive Vice President Bob Berry and Vice President Jarret Venghaus on behalf of the owner, C&L Partnership. The buyer, Carson Companies, was represented by Dan Zoch, who plans to develop an industrial project on the site in the near future.
