Jones Lang LaSalle welcomes new Senior Vice President in Seattle


SEATTLE, August 1, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that Conan Lee has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Lee, who joined the Seattle office of Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006, provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients throughout the Puget Sound region as well as nationally. He focuses exclusively on tenant representation for office requirements in and around the Seattle market and assists both tenants and landlords in data center requirements in his role the Northwest Lead for the National Data Center Solutions team.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006, Lee worked as a tenant representative with Grubb & Ellis. Before then, he spent four years as a project and logistics manager for a general contracting firm specializing in turnkey data center construction.

Lee is a former Marine Corps Sergeant who was twice awarded the honor of Marine of the Year in his division. He graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a degree in business. In 2010, he was awarded the globally recognized designation of Top Achiever within Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Lee is in demand as a speaker on public panels, presenting to such groups as the Commercial Brokers Association, local universities and Datacenter dynamics.
