Spagnolo/Gisness Architects Signs Lease for 7,610 SF in 200 High Street


Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, Inc., one of New England's premier full service architectural, interior design and planning firms, has leased 7,610 square feet of first class office space at 200 High Street in Boston. The space serves as SG&A’s Boston studio. Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Tom O’Regan and Associate Patrick Nugent represented the property’s owner Two Hundred Mortgage Associates L.P., an affiliate of The Davis Companies (www.thedaviscompanies.com). Vice President Lauria Brennan and Partner Peter Farnum of FHO Partners negotiated on behalf of the tenant

200 High Street is a distinctive six-story 96,113-square-foot historic office/retail office building on the corner of High and Broad Streets in the Financial District overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway and the Boston Harbor. Built in 1860 by Chase & Sanborn for tea storage, 200 High Street was completely renovated and expanded in 1990, including a completely refurbished lobby and common areas.  
 
Supporting their corporate commitment to sustainability, the newly renovated SG&A design studios have an open floor plan, contemporary finishes, and an abundance of natural light. Building amenities include on-site management, Panera Bread, The Lobby Bar & Kitchen, and The Revolution Rock Bar. Additional area amenities include: 11 luxury hotels, fine restaurants, health clubs, and 3,000 parking spaces within blocks. 200 High Street is in a prime location, equidistant to North and South Stations, directly across from the Rose Kennedy Greenway, the Logan Airport water taxi, and South Shore commuter boats.
