Sunbeam Appoints JLL to Lease Flex Space at Miramar Park of Commerce

South Florida’s largest privately-owned and managed business park, known for creative solutions, caters to all types of businesses from startups to multi-nationals

MIRAMAR, Sept. 5, 2013 – Sunbeam Properties, developer and owner of Miramar Park of Commerce, has partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to lease its second generation office flex product, totaling an estimated 100,000 square feet.  The Park, which currently houses more than 160 companies from start-ups to multi-nationals, is the largest privately-owned and managed business park in South Florida.

Flex space options range from approximately 5,000 to 35,000 square feet. The parking ratio is four-to-five spaces per 1,000 square feet.
