Jones Lang LaSalle Named Leasing Agent for 110,600-Sq.-Ft. Indianapolis Building

Historic Chamber of Commerce Building Offers Luxurious Office Setting with Flexible Terms

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (Aug. 22, 2013)— Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) has been named the exclusive leading agent for the historic Chamber of Commerce Building at 320 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis. Kevin Gillihan, a senior associate, and James Clark, an associate, are the leasing representatives.

The 11-story building has 110,600 square feet and is owned by the Chamber of Commerce Building Corporation. Built in 1926, the building is one of downtown Indianapolis’ well known historic landmarks. It has been family owned and operated for 87 years.

The building is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, within walking distance of key state and federal buildings, along with Monument Circle and University Park.

The building features on-site management and maintenance, plus many tenant amenities, such as on banking, retail and restaurant services. The available space includes a full floor opportunity on the second floor, overlooking Meridian St.
