Jones Lang LaSalle Bolsters Atlanta Capital Markets Team with the Hiring of Two Seasoned Professionals

Fred Fletcher and John Davis join as Executive Vice Presidents

ATLANTA, June 27, 2013 — As part of its on-going effort to enhance its overall client services, Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the hiring of Fred Fletcher and John Davis, respected debt and equity experts, as Executive Vice Presidents in the firm’s Capital Markets group here in Atlanta. In their new positions they will work closely with International Director Faron Thompson and the entire Capital Markets team to provide strategic and value-add services to clients throughout the region.

Fletcher and Davis bring to 19 the number of financing specialists added to the firm’s Southeast region since 2011.  Thompson joined the firm two years ago following Jones Lang LaSalle’s acquisition of Primary Capital Advisors, a firm in which he was a founding partner.

“We are committed to the Southeast market and dedicated to attracting the highest caliber professionals to serve our growing client base,” said Thompson.  “Together, Fred and John have more than 45 years of experience assisting developers, investors and lenders. I am confident these two talented professionals will lend their significant expertise in and knowledge of debt and equity financing to help further enhance the leading-edge services we provide our clients.”

Both Fletcher and Davis come to Jones Lang LaSalle from Atlanta-based Spring Street Capital, a boutique, independent mortgage banking firm they co-founded.
Prior to Spring Street Capital, Fletcher was Director of Income Property Finance at Primary Capital Advisors.  He also held leadership positions with Union Planters, BB&T and Thompson Calhoun Fair.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Louisiana State University.  Fletcher volunteers at several non-profit organizations and is a religious educational instructor, youth sports coach and alumnus of Buckhead Business Association Leadership Class.

In addition to Spring Street Capital, Davis founded Bravo Realty Consulting, which focused on sourcing new debt and equity capital.  His distinguished career also includes holding leadership positions at Hibernia, Compass Bank and Wrightwood Capital.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Louisiana University. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of Roberts Realty Investors and is an active principal in Sacred Heart Management, LLC.
