Leasing team wins assignment at 348,152-square-foot office tower following successful leasing effort at One Alliance Center.
ATLANTA, August 23, 2013 — As part of ongoing capital improvements and the new branding for Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square, owner Parmenter Realty Partners has selected Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive leasing agent for the Class A, 348,152-square-foot office tower located in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square has one of largest blocks of space available in Buckhead, with up to 60,000 square feet of contiguous space.
JLL Senior Vice Presidents Jeff Frantz and Adam Viente will lead the leasing efforts at Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square (formerly the Lenox Building), which is the only office building with immediate access to Lenox Square Mall, a premiere shopping center in the Southeast United States. The building is also directly connected to the J.W. Marriott Buckhead and adjacent to the Lenox MARTA station. The J.W. Marriott, a 367-room luxury hotel and conference center, recently completed a $12-million renovation of guest rooms, lobby, restaurants and concierge lounge.

Located at 3399 Peachtree Road NE, Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square is currently 70 percent leased. Recent capital improvements in the building include renovations to the lobby and common areas. Earlier this year, the building won two TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards presented by BOMA in the 250,000-499,999 square feet category.
JLL’s leasing team of Jeff Frantz and Adam Viente are fresh off of a successful leasing assignment at One Alliance Center, a 558,000-square-foot office building in Buckhead. The team closed 10 leases transactions at the Class A tower in only 90 days.
