Jones Lang LaSalle Adds More Top Capital Markets Talent in Dallas

Seasoned financing veteran Jeff Zickefoose joins as Senior Vice President

DALLAS, TX Aug 7, 2013 — Building upon the momentum created by more than a dozen new hires in Dallas since the beginning of 2013, Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the firm has added another financing expert to its growing Capital Markets team.  Industry veteran Jeff Zickefoose joins the firm as Senior Vice President, working closely with Managing Director Randy Fleisher and the entire North Texas Capital Markets team to provide strategic and value-add services to clients throughout the region.

“Jeff brings nearly 20 years of financial experience and a long track record of originating debt on behalf of leading commercial mortgage debt providers,” said Fleisher.  “His vast experience and market knowledge adds further strength to our growing and dynamic team throughout Dallas and the entire Southwest region.”

Prior to his new position, Zickefoose was Executive Director of Ladder Capital.  His professional career also includes leadership positions with Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation, CW Capital and GE Commercial Finance Real Estate.  He earned his BBA in Finance and BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Zickefoose is the seventh new hire since June on the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets team in Dallas.  Most recently, Fleisher and his team of five debt and equity specialists and staff joined as part of Jones Lang LaSalle’s acquisition of Quadrant Realty Finance (QRF).  In addition, the firm also added six multifamily specialists and staff earlier this year when it acquired The Apartment Group, led by Managing Director Jeff Price.
