JLL relocates Baltimore office to 500 East Pratt Street taking 12,000 square feet

BALTIMORE, July 29, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at 500 East Pratt Street in Baltimore's Central Business District, significantly doubling its footprint in the Baltimore market.  The company previously occupied 6,000 square feet at 7 St. Paul Street.

“The new location will facilitate the firm's rapid growth and allow Jones Lang LaSalle to better serve its clients, interface with business partners and create a high-quality work environment for our associates,” said Mark Levy, Market Director Baltimore, Jones Lang LaSalle.

Built in 2005, 500 East Pratt Street is a 275,000-square-foot office tower and part of the Lockwood Place mixed-use development at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. It features on-site parking and numerous amenities.

"Jones Lang LaSalle is making a significant investment in the Baltimore market, building upon an already successful Baltimore platform by enhancing its resources and expanding our service offerings," added Levy. "We are growing our team of professionals in all service lines and will be making many new key hire announcements in the coming months."
