Eli Lilly Signs 12,200 Sq. Ft. Lease at INTECH Eleven in Indianapolis

Jones Lang LaSalle assists Landlord, Network Way Properties


INDIANAPOLIS, IN (July 31, 2013) — Eli Lilly renewed its lease for 12,200 square feet at INTECH Eleven, 6625 Network Way on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The global pharmaceutical firm is using the space for its E. Lilly operations.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jack Hogan, a senior vice president, and Kevin Gillihan, a senior associate, represented the landlord, Network Way Properties. Jeff Luebker of CBRE represented the tenant. 

INTECH Eleven is a single story, Class A office building with 88,944 square feet of space. The building is part of the 210-acre INTECH Park, the largest office development in Indiana, and Indiana’s only privately held Certified Technology Park. INTECH offers tenants an advanced information technology infrastructure in an inviting natural environment with 13 acres of water features and 2.5 miles of walking trails.

The development offers tenants convenient access to I-465, the Central Business District, and Indianapolis International Airport.
