Jones Lang LaSalle to Lease and Manage Bay Vista Office Park in Pinellas County

The three office properties total 192,700 square feet of office space


TAMPA, Jan. 23, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been selected to exclusively lease and manage Bay Vista Office Park, consisting of three office buildings in the Gateway/Bayside submarket of Pinellas County. Situated near the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Bay Vista Drive, the properties boast 192,700 square feet of office space, and are undergoing a capital improvements project to renovate and upgrade the common areas, roofing, landscaping, lighting and parking lot.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Deana Beer, will spearhead the leasing efforts, and Anne Romeis, will lead the park’s property management services as General Manager.  The property is currently 65 percent occupied.

Known as Bay Vista Office Park, the three office properties consist of:

  • Bay Vista Office Building at 15950 Bay Vista Drive
  • Bay Vista Gardens I at 5500-5596 Rio Vista Drive
  • Bay Vista Gardens II at 5659-5775 Rio Vista Drive

The business park includes amenities such as a daycare, dry cleaners, on-site dining and ample parking. Office space floor plans range from 1,000 to 23,000 square feet, with up to 23,000 square feet of contiguous space available at the Bay Vista Office Building. The business park is home to a strong tenant roster that includes moving and storage company PODS, Orange Business Services, Pyramid Engineering and Maxim Healthcare Services.
