Kim Le Joins Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property Management Group

Kim Le to oversee industrial property management in Baltimore and Washington metropolitan regions

BALTIMORE, May 6, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) announced today that Kim Le joined the firm as a Senior General Manager in the Property Management group. Kim specializes in industrial properties and will oversee industrial property management in the Baltimore and metropolitan Washington, D.C. regions.

“Kim’s experience successfully managing millions of square feet of office, retail, industrial and flex space across the Mid-Atlantic shows her proven ability to effectively support our clients,” said Meredith Roark, Regional Director, Property Management, Jones Lang LaSalle. “She is a skilled industrial property manager known for providing superior customer service and developing one-on-one relationships with clients.”

Le has managed large and diverse industrial portfolios and office parks with over 100 tenants.  Le’s experience includes all aspects of property management such as overseeing and coordinating multiple construction projects, preparing annual business plans and collaborating with leasing directors.  Prior to joining JLL, Le worked at PS Business Parks, First Potomac Management and Prologis.
Le holds both a bachelor of arts and bachelor of science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
