Jones Lang LaSalle, real estate in New York, real estate broker in New York, office, leasing

Managing director to provide strategic real estate services to tenants throughout New York metropolitan region

NEW YORK, June 12, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired David Dusek as a managing director with its New York office. He will provide strategic real estate services to tenants throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Dusek, 46, has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales and brokerage advisory services. He is skilled at assisting partnerships and corporations in developing and implementing strategic plans, and providing full-service tenant representation services. Dusek has completed more than 5 million square feet of leasing transactions in the New York metropolitan region and nationally.

Prior to joining JLL, Dusek served as a senior managing director with a major brokerage firm, where he distinguished himself as a top producing broker working on the firm’s most important transactions and contributing to its rapid growth. Earlier, he was a senior director and a vice president at other major brokerage firms.

Dusek is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of Inwood House of Manhattan, and an active supporter of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and the Orthopedic Foundation for Active Lifestyles. He also supports the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation and is an avid tri-athlete who has participated in the New York City Olympic Triathlon, the KIC IT Triathlon and the Jarden Westchester Triathlon.
