Jones Lang LaSalle Negotiates 11,604 Square-Foot Office Lease in Durham

RALEIGH, May 16, 2013 — Members of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Raleigh-based Tenant Representation group today announced that it secured a lease for new office space in Durham on behalf of ICF International, a technology, management and policy consulting firm.

Ryan Lawrence, Vice President on JLL’s Tenant Representation team, represented the tenant throughout the transaction.

ICF will relocate and consolidate its two Raleigh-Durham, NC, offices into an 11,604 square-foot space at 2635 Meridian Parkway, Meridian Corporate Center.   “After exploring several alternatives, Meridian provided the best fit for ICF as they continue to expand their presence in the Triangle,” Lawrence said.
With operations worldwide, ICF International is based in Fairfax, VA.
