Jones Lang LaSalle completes sale of 330,000-SF suburban warehouse

Deal constitutes largest user transaction in DuPage County submarket so far this year

CHICAGO, May 7, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that the team of Dominic Carbonari and Frank Griffin recently represented Holland Stream, LLC, in the sale of a 329,732-square-foot warehouse in west-suburban Carol Stream.

The buyer, The Frain Group, Inc., North America’s largest dealer of used manufacturing and processing equipment, plans to relocate its operations into the building later this year. The company was represented by Larry Goldwasser and Jay Maher of Cushman & Wakefield.

The deal, which was completed earlier this month, is the largest user transaction in the DuPage County industrial submarket so far this year, according to Jones Lang LaSalle Research.

The building, which is sited on 31.5 acres at 245 E. North Avenue, includes a 36,800-square-foot office, 26 dock doors and four drive-in doors.
