Jones Lang LaSalle Names New Directors

Boston, August 10, 2009 - Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL), the leading financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, has named Alex Dauria as Managing Director, and Ben Breslau and John Schena as National Directors from the Boston Region. Chris Beeson, Stephen Flint , David Girard, Dana Griffin, and Mark Jolly were named Associate Directors.
Alex Dauria is an Executive Vice President on the firm’s Leasing team. With 26 years of real estate experience, Mr. Dauria focuses his attention on corporate relocation, developer/landlord representation, investment sales, and acquisitions. His investor clients have included: Equity Office, Boston Properties, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Archon/Goldman Sachs, ING Clarion, Cornerstone Realty, and Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. Tenants Mr. Dauria has represented include: Iron Mountain, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, IBM, MetLife, Aegon Group, Fidelity Investments, and WilmerHale.
Senior Vice President Ben Breslau directs the overall activities of the firm’s Research team in the Americas. Mr. Breslau has added innovative and customized analysis tools to traditional market reports that the firm leverages to help clients make sound real estate decisions. He positions real estate markets within the broader context of regional and national economies and key industry and demographic trends giving the firm’s investor and occupier clients a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Mr. Breslau in responsible for setting the firm’s statistical methodology, managing the firm’s in depth analysis of real estate markets, and developing and overseeing the delivery of the firm’s leading research reports and products.
John Schena is a Senior Vice President on the Project and Development Services team. He is currently in the role of Account Team Leader for clients Fidelity Investments, and the Reebok Adidas Group in the US. In this role he provides advisory service and operational management focused on personnel, strategy, tools, processes and execution. Mr. Schena is also the interface between Jones Lang LaSalle’s National Account team and regional Project Management markets teams.
Vice President Chris Beeson serves as Facility Manager and is responsible for 500,000 square feet for ING in Windsor, CT, and oversight of an additional 1.5 million square feet for other owners throughout the region. As a Controller in Construction Finance, Stephen Flint heads a team of 5 accountants that support the Construction team in the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Chicago regions. Vice President David Girard is a Project Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services team. He has extensive geotechnical and environmental experience with complex below grade construction on environmentally sensitive sites throughout Boston and Cambridge, MA. Dana Griffin is a Vice President on the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction team where he specializes in tenant fit-ups, ground up construction of new buildings, and data center renovations. Vice President and Regional Finance Director Mark Jolly is responsible for the annual real estate budget and revenue for 5 corporate clients across the northeast.
