Commercial Real Estate Veteran Kurt Griffin Confirms New Role on Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dallas Industrial Team

DALLAS, April 22, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle and Kurt Griffin have confirmed that he has joined the company as Executive Vice President of the Dallas Industrial team. Griffin will leverage industrial and logistics expertise gained throughout his 23-year career with JLL’s real estate offerings to deliver services to the firm’s client roster, while seeking new opportunities across the Metroplex.

Griffin joins JLL from Cushman and Wakefield, where he oversaw the Industrial Investment Sales Division until 2009.  As a result of his leadership capabilities and impeccable client service, he established and has maintained strong relationships with several institutional and corporate clients.

He has received several honors and recognitions including:  Plano Economic Development Board for the Best Industrial/Flex Deal (2007, 2008), Prologis Top Producing Broker Award (2006, 2004), CoStar Power Broker Award (2004) and Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal (numerous times).

Griffin earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in Real Estate and Finance.
