Jones Lang LaSalle Completes Three Leases at The Exchange


Farmington, Connecticut, August 4, 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle has completed three more leases at The Exchange in Farmington, CT. The leases for The Lupus Foundation of America, Inc.; Dr. Alok Bhargava, and Bendett & McHugh total 4,365 square feet.
 
As the exclusive leasing agent, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Christopher Ostop and Vice President Gary Schless represented owner New Boston Fund, Inc. in all transactions. Jones Lang LaSalle also represented tenant The Lupus Foundation. Dr. Bhargava was represented by Kyle Richards of Keller Williams. Bendett & McHugh was represented by Neil Godfrey of Simons Real Estate Group.

The Lupus Foundation, a national nonprofit Lupus organization, signed its lease for 1,240 square feet. Opening an additional location, Pediatric Neurologist Dr. Bhargava’s new office is 1,016 square feet. Real Estate law firm Bendett & McHugh will be occupying a 1,899 square foot office.
 
Located at 270 Farmington Avenue, The Exchange is a three-story 250,000 s.f. mixed-use office and retail building with three on-site restaurants. Located on Route 4, within a half mile from Interstate 84 and Route 9, The Exchange is one of the largest suburban office buildings in greater Hartford. Its post and beam construction creates a loft-like atmosphere throughout the building.
