Jones Lang LaSalle Brokers Named among CoStar’s Atlanta Power Brokers

JLL ranks among top leasing and sales firms in the research firm’s annual rankings

ATLANTA, March 25, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it was named a top leasing firm and top sales firm by CoStar Group Inc. In addition, several JLL brokers were listed among the commercial real estate research firm’s Atlanta Power Brokers list.

In the office leasing category, the following JLL brokers were named 2012 Power Brokers: Jeff Bellamy, David Demarest, Jeff Frantz, Brannan Moss, William Propst and Adam Viente. Alan Clayton, Paul Roeser and Ryan Wood made the top industrial leasing brokers list. Top sales brokers included JLL’s Derrick Bloom, David Gutting and Robert Webster.
