PORTLAND, OR, March 8 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) today announced it closed the sale of Five Centerpointe office building in the Kruse Way submarket of Lake Oswego, OR on behalf the seller, a pension fund. Urban Renaissance Investment Partners I, a $200 million fund formed by Seattle-based investors Urban Renaissance Group and Joshua Green Corp, purchased the 113,910-square-foot building.
Buzz Ellis, Managing Director handled the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer retained JLL’s Buzz Ellis and Andrew Rosengarten, Vice President to handle leasing at the building.
