Association Management Center, Inc., moving from Glenview to new 47,000-SF space at O’Hare Plaza

CHICAGO, March 11, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Association Management Center, Inc., has signed a new 47,129-square-foot foot lease at the O’Hare Plaza office complex on Chicago’s far Northwest Side – one of the largest deals to be completed in the O’Hare submarket so far this year.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Rick Benoy and Dan Fernitz completed the transaction on behalf of the building’s owner, a private investment group advised by Fulcrum Asset Advisors, LLC. Kevin Clifton and Gregg Witt of CBRE represented AMC.
The family-owned company, which provides full-service management, consulting, and outsourced services to non-profit organizations, will occupy all of the third floor and most of the second floor at the O’Hare Plaza I building, 8735 W. Higgins Road.

The four-building, 707,000-square-foot O’Hare Plaza complex features covered parking, conference facilities, a fitness center and easy access to O’Hare Airport, the suburbs and downtown Chicago via the Kennedy Expressway and the CTA Blue Line’s Cumberland station.
