Bradley A. Wood joins Jones Lang LaSalle Project & Development Services group

CHICAGO, Feb. 22, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that long-time Chicago-area construction management professional Bradley A. Wood has joined the firm’s Project & Development Services group in the role of Vice President.

Mr. Wood, 54, comes to the firm from Northern Builders, where he spent the past 19 years in a variety of roles including, most recently, head of construction.

At Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Wood will oversee project management of all major industrial built-to-suit projects undertaken on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Through its Project & Development Services (PDS) group, Jones Lang LaSalle is an industry leader in the management of design, construction and relocation services for both corporate and institutional clients. The group consults on a wide range of construction projects—from interior build-outs to base building construction on everything from single tenant properties to multi-site developments.

With more than 1,000 professionals in 67 U.S. regional offices the firm is one of the largest and most experienced project and development practices in the country, managing more than 2,000 projects annually, including $10 billion in projects currently under management.

The firm’s Chicago PDS team, led by Managing Director David Roberts, was the recipient of the 2012 “Project Manager of the Year” award presented by the Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards committee.
