Robert Garrish Joins Jones Lang LaSalle Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Team

WASHINGTON, Feb. 21, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) announced that Robert Garrish has joined the firm as a Vice President with the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily team, which is led by Al Cissel and Scott Melnick. Garrish will be based in JLL’s Bethesda office and will be directly involved in business development, financial analysis, underwriting and due diligence of multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Garrish brings more than 10 years of real estate experience and has been involved in the sale of real estate assets valued at over $20 billion. He has participated in the marketing and closing of more than 70 multifamily, office and development transactions, including the largest single asset sale in U.S. history (Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village). Additionally, during his tenure at LaSalle Investment Management, Garrish was part of a team that managed over 30 assets worth approximately $2 billion.

Garrish has a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Loyola University of Maryland.
