Jones Lang LaSalle Completes 27,243 SF Lease with City Club in Downtown Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4, 2012Jones Lang LaSalle represented City Club in a new 27,243-square-foot lease on the top floor of City National Plaza located at 555 S. Flower St. in Downtown Los Angeles. The premier private business club is relocating from 333 S. Grand Ave.

Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles team members Darren Eades and Josh Wrobel represented ClubCorp., City Club's operator. The landlord, Thomas Properties Group, was represented in-house by Lalo Diaz.

“After a comprehensive market analysis, ClubCorp. decided that relocating to City National Plaza was the best long-term solution for the club due to its excellent location and amenities,” said Eades. “The landlord's willingness to provide a creative lease structure allowed the club to relocate to a premier office project which will upgrade the entire club experience."
