Jones Lang LaSalle Names Kathy Allgier Regional Manager of Property Management Services

Washington, DC, January 13, 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE:JLL) has named Kathy Allgier Regional Manager for Mid-Atlantic Property Management. Previously, Ms. Allgier was a Managing Director in the Project and Development Services group.  She will oversee a portfolio of more than 18 million square feet.

“Kathy knows this business having spent more than fifteen years in property management in roles ranging from property management to asset management on small and large projects for local as well as large institutional clients,” noted David McGarry, Mid-Atlantic Market Director.  “Our property management business has grown steadily in the last few years and it is an ideal time to add more resources to the group.” 
Ms. Allgier is charged with applying and maintaining leading edge thinking and practices in client management, leadership development, and property performance through Jones Lang LaSalle’s policies, programs and business processes.
Ms. Allgier joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1990 and has 25 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington Metropolitan area.  She has been involved with high profile projects such as Tysons International Plaza, Sallie Mae headquarters, Rockledge Centre, the Bethesda Air Rights Center and the Johns Hopkins University Montgomery County Campus as well as numerous downtown DC properties.  She has managed multiple teams of professionals, represented landlords as a leasing agent, and managed numerous tenant and base building construction projects.
Ms. Allgier received an M.S. in Organizational Development from American University, a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and an Organizational Development Certificate from Georgetown University. In addition, she is a past president of CREW Washington DC, past chair of the CREW National Capital Committee, and a member of the national CREW Network Technology Task force as well as the CREW Network Scholarship Task Force.
