Jones Lang LaSalle Hires Top Industrial Experts in Denver

Firm adds four new brokers to bolster growing industrial practice

DENVER, July 21, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has hired four top industrial brokers to broaden its industrial expertise in Colorado.  Mitchell Zatz joins as Senior Vice President and Dawn McCombs, Carmon Hicks and Drew McManus as Senior Associates for the firm’s Logistics and Industrial group in Denver.  Together with the existing Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial team, they will provide leasing and sales of industrial distribution centers and manufacturing facilities across the Rocky Mountain Region.

Mitchell Zatz has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial arena and in the last 15 years represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of 10 million square feet of industrial space, valued at over $250 million. Zatz holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Arizona State University and last year was elected to the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Association of Commercial Realtors.

After spending 15 years in project and engineering management, Dawn McCombs moved into commercial real estate brokerage and has been working in the Denver market for the past five years.  McCombs holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Educated at Colgate University, Carmon Hicks has specialized in industrial tenant and landlord representation.   Hicks is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the National Association of industrial and office properties (NAIOP).
Drew McManus worked in financial services before moving into a career in commercial real estate.  He has been recognized as an up and coming broker in the Denver Business Journal.  Hicks is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP, and holds a finance degree from Ithaca College and The University of Montana.
