Jones Lang LaSalle Assists Novelty Designer and Manufacturer Funko in Lynnwood Expansion

Seattle, October 16, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle has represented Lynnwood, Wash-based Funko, LLC, a locally owned and operated novelty merchandising company, in the signing of a 61,922 square-foot lease at 6306 202nd Street SW, Lynnwood, Wash.

The lease is believed to be the largest signed in Seattle’s Northend industrial market so far this year and represents a four-fold increase in space usage for the local manufacturer, which has seen tremendous growth over multiple product lines.

Funko is one of the nation’s largest designers, manufacturers and distributors of novelty items, including its highly recognizable bobble-head dolls and Pop! Vinyl series.  The company partners with many of the largest movie studios and media companies in the world including Disney, HBO, Marvel, the National Basketball Association and Warner Brothers.

Daniel Seger, Brent Jackson and Mark Flippo, of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Funko, LLC.  John Bauer and Ric Brandt of CBRE represented the landlord, SMR, LLC.
