Jones Lang LaSalle Hires Industrial Veterans

Steve Grable and Chris Tomasulo join to bolster firm’s U.S. logistics efforts

ATLANTA, July 6, 2009 — Steve Grable, and Chris Tomasulo have joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial and logistics services team as senior vice president and vice president, respectively. They join Jones Lang LaSalle’s team of 57 brokers and logistics consultants who advise national and international companies on transaction, location and supply chain issues. They will also work to grow the firm’s agency leasing business representing owners of industrial properties in the Southeast and across the U.S.

Grable and Tomasulo join Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers Spectrum Cauble, where they also served as senior vice president and vice president, as well as principals of the firm.
With a career spanning nearly three decades, Grable specializes in industrial real estate with a focus on ports, inland ports and intermodal properties. He brings extensive experience representing tenants and landlords in lease negotiations and investors in the sale and disposition of industrial properties. Grable is Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ (ACBR) Million Dollar Club and a past president of the Georgia chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Tomasulo has more than 14 years of experience in industrial real estate sales and leasing and has repeatedly been a member of the ACBR’s Million Dollar Club. He also served on the ACBR’s board of directors for the past five years.

Grable is a graduate of the University of California and Emory University, where he attained a PhD in American Studies and urban planning.  Tomasulo is a graduate of Iona College.
