Steve Anderson and Bryan Ivie Join Jones Lang LaSalle’s San Francisco Office

Addition of “Power Brokers” Deepen Firm’s Bench Strength in City


San Francisco - September 4, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) announced that veteran brokers Steve Anderson and Bryan Ivie have joined the firm’s San Francisco office.  Anderson, formerly one of the Principals of The CAC Group, joins as a Managing Director.  Ivie, formerly a vice president with The CAC group, joins as a Vice President.   

Together, Anderson and Ivie formed one of the most productive brokerage teams in San Francisco in the last five years, representing a cadre of high-profile tenants and landlords.  The pairing has more than 35 years combined experience in both tenant rep and agency leasing.  Anderson has completed more than 5.5 million square feet of office lease transactions in San Francisco throughout his career and participated in investment sales valued at more than $550 million.

Steve Anderson is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and holds a BS in Managerial Economics.  In his spare time, Anderson is a soccer coach, volunteers in the Marin YMCA Adventure Guides program and is an Elder of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Tiburon.  He lives in Mill Valley with his wife and two children.

Bryan Ivie graduated from the University of Southern California and was an accomplished volleyball player during his collegiate career, twice being named Player of the Year by the NCAA and receiving the Pac 10’s Medal of Honor in 1991.  Bryan represented the United States in volleyball at the 1992 and 1996 Olympics, winning a bronze medal at the Barcelona games in 1992. He is a member of Northern California Olympians, the Olympic Club and The Special Olympics as well as the Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee (BASOC).  He lives in San Francisco.
