Jones Lang LaSalle Adds Debt Finance Expert in Boston

Jonathan Schneider joins Capital Markets as Senior Vice President


BOSTON, June 22, 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that as part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to build a leading Capital Markets business, Jonathan Schneider has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. He will focus on originating, structuring and negotiating debt financing across all property types throughout New England, working under the direction of Capital Markets Regional Leader Frank Petz.

Schneider joins Jones Lang LaSalle from The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group LLC. With a background of more than 21 years in commercial real estate finance, he brings a range of experience as both a lender and principal. He previously held positions at HSBC Bank, and Bank of America.

Schneider earned his bachelors degree from Boston University. He is a member of the New England Baptist Hospital Board of Visitors, and is a frequent guest lecturer at the Boston University School of Management.
