Jones Lang LaSalle Adds Dean Stiles to Virginia Tenant Rep Team

Stiles joins market-leading Washington firm as Senior Vice President

WASHINGTON, June 19, 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) has enhanced its tenant representation team with the addition of Dean Stiles as a Senior Vice President in the Tysons Corner, VA office.  Stiles will focus on representing tenants in technology and emerging market businesses, and has represented some of the region’s most prominent up and coming companies.

Stiles joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on providing tenant advisory services in the Mid-Atlantic Region and around the nation.  He is an expert in providing tenants with advice on strategic acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis, and contract negotiations. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Stiles had a successful career as a tennis professional.

Stiles received his bachelor of science degree in business and professional tennis management from Ferris State University, where he was the Founder and President of the Professional Tennis Management Alumni Association. Stiles is on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Sports Alliance and is involved with development for the YWCA National Capital Area and supports many other Washington area charities.
