Jones Lang LaSalle Represents Carr Properties in 70,000 SF Deal at Loudoun Gateway IV

M.C. Dean, Inc., Loudoun’s largest private employer, expands with new lease in Dulles, VA

WASHINGTON, D.C., Feb. 29, 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) announced today that Carr Properties has leased 70,000 square feet at 22980 Indian Creek Drive in Dulles, VA to M.C. Dean, Inc., a national expert in electrical engineering, technology and systems integration with over 3000 employees worldwide.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Northern Virginia leasing team represented Carr Properties. Larsen Commercial and Potomac Real Estate Partners represented M.C. Dean, Inc.
“This lease expands M.C. Dean’s Loudoun County presence and places them in the high-profile Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center,” said Herb Mansinne, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle.

Known as Loudoun Gateway IV, 22980 Indian Creek Drive is a 102,422-square-foot Class A office building in Loudoun County. The property, part of the 38.6-acre Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center, is located next to Washington Dulles International Airport. Built in 2001, the four-story building is in close proximity to Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road), Route 606 (Old Ox Road) and Route 28 (Sully Road).
