Seward & Kissel Relocates to 11,000 SF at 901 K Street in Northwest D.C.

Jones Lang LaSalle represents Carr Properties in lease


WASHINGTON, D.C., March 7, 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) represented Carr Properties in an 11,000-square-foot lease with Seward & Kissel at 901 K Street, NW in Washington, D.C.  Seward & Kissel, a leading U.S. law firm, is moving to the new location from 1200 G Street, NW.

Trip Howell, Amy Bowser and Kate Griffin of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Carr Properties. Bruce Pascal and Lewis Miller of CB Richard Ellis represented Seward & Kissel.
