The Parthenon Group Leases 46,000 SF of Office Space at Rowes Wharf Boston

Jones Lang LaSalle Facilitates Transaction at Boston’s Premiere Waterfront Office Location Owned by Equity Office Properties


BOSTON, Feb. 21, 2012 — The Parthenon Group, a global strategic advisory firm headquartered in Boston, has signed a 46,000 square foot lease at 50 Rowes Wharf. The firm will occupy the first class office space on floors five and six in the city’s elite waterfront landmark owned by Equity Office Properties http://equityofficeboston.com, one of the largest commercial property owners in New England.  As Boston’s premiere waterfront gem, Rowes Wharf, offers 345,000 square feet of first class office space with panoramic views of Boston Harbor.

The Parthenon Group is moving from its current 200 State Street location where it has been since 1994. Their occupancy at Rowes Wharf is scheduled to begin in early 2013.
