ULI Boston Names Jones Lang LaSalle's St. Clair and Colliers Meredith & Grew's Sawyer Vice Chairs


BOSTON, MA, June 3, 2009 – Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Daniel St. Clair and Colliers Meredith & Grew Assistant Vice President Jessica Sawyer have been named Vice Chairs of the Urban Land Institute Boston District Council. ULI Boston, a 1,200 member professional organization, provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities.
 
Mr. St. Clair is a managing director in Jones Lang LaSalle's Investment Development group. With more than 19 years of development, planning, design and construction project management experience, Daniel has distinguished himself as a key player in reshaping Boston's built environment. His large scale development projects include the redevelopment of the USPS property adjacent to South Station, Russia Wharf, Fan Pier, Cambridge Science Center, and 830 Winter Street in Waltham.
 
Ms. Sawyer is an assistant vice president of Development & Advisory Services at Colliers Meredith & Grew. Jessica is responsible for a variety of consulting and advisory assignments for corporations, institutions and non-profits including religious and educational organizations. These services include a specialization in strategic real estate planning, as well as feasibility studies and financial modeling. Prior to joining Colliers Meredith & Grew, Jessica spent five years at AEW Capital Management, L.P.
