Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Industrial Brokerage Business in Charlotte, NC

Matthew Greer and Matthew Treble join industrial real estate team


CHARLOTTE, Oct. 25, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Matthew Treble LEED AP and Matthew Greer as Associates in its industrial brokerage team.  Based in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Charlotte office, they will focus on tenant and landlord representation for industrial property clients in the region. 

“Adding Matthew and Matt to our strong and experienced Industrial Brokerage group is not only a great win for us but for our clients too,” said Chase Monroe, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Market Director for the Carolinas.   “As demand for our industrial expertise is growing, so is our need to strengthen our team to give our clients continuing superior service.”

Greer will advise Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial clients on lease negotiations, site selection and acquisition and disposition. Greer joins from real estate firm Binswanger. Prior to this, he spent seven years working in the motorsports industry for Jeff Gordon, Inc. and Hendrick Motorsports. He managed industry leading sponsorship and licensing programs, including account management for more than a dozen Fortune 1000 partners.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from North Carolina State University, and a master’s degree in business administration from The McColl School of Business at Queen’s University of Charlotte.

Treble joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Cogdell Spencer
ERDMAN, a Healthcare REIT. He began his career in sales for one of the largest Consumer Packaged Goods companies in the world. At Jones Lang LaSalle he will specialize in advising industrial real estate owners, investors and tenants.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing and management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned a master’s of business administration in finance and real estate, from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
