U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agency Moves Training Facility to Saturn Corporate Center

Jones Lang LaSalle supported U.S. General Services Administration with 10-year California lease

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 11, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle’s public sector real estate experts assisted the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in a 10-year, 43,936-square-foot lease for a regional training facility for a federal law enforcement agency. The agency now occupies both floors of the Saturn Corporate Center, which is located at 1938 – 1968 Saturn Street in Monterey Park, California.  This strategic location serves as part of a collaborative effort between federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

The Saturn Corporate Center is owned by Global Pacific Development, LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle professionals who represented the government included Jeffrey Ingham and Amy Aldridge. Global Pacific Development was represented by Grubb & Ellis Company.

The Federal Government now occupies 100 percent of the two buildings located at the property.

According to their website, GSA’s leased portfolio contains more than 7,100 separate properties – totaling approximately 189 million square feet – dispersed across the United States.  Since 2005, Jones Lang LaSalle has assisted GSA in the award of more than 1,000 leases.  Nationwide, the firm is currently assisting on more than 525 lease procurements for Federal civilian departments and agencies across the executive, legislative and judicial branches.

This news release is neither paid for nor sponsored, in whole or in part, by any element of the United States Government.
