Jones Lang LaSalle Completes 34,544-SF Office Flex Lease with C3 Jian in Marina del Rey, Calif.

MARINA DEL REY, CALIF., Oct. 13, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has completed a new 10-year lease with C3 Jian for 34,544 square feet of office flex space in a 60,500-square-foot life science building previously occupied by Abraxis located at 4503 Glencoe Ave. in Marina del Rey, Calif. C3 Jian, will use the new space for biomedical research and production. The transaction is valued at more than $10 million.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Managing Director Chris Strickfaden teamed with Scott Dobbins, in house with property owner Hankey Investment Company, to conclude the transaction for ownership.  C3 Jian was represented by Mathew Miller of CRESA Partners.

4503 Glencoe Ave. is part of the 11 acre, four building Marina Business Center at the western terminus of the 90 Freeway in Marina del Rey.  The lushly landscaped project includes office, medical, biomedical, data center and creative office uses.
