SAN DIEGO, July 13, 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle represented Legacy Partners in three significant lease deals over the past four months, for a combined total of more than 88,000 square feet and a combined transaction value of more than $10 million. The transactions reduce the available space at Legacy Wateridge to just 15,000 square feet and bring the building to nearly 90 percent occupied.
Chad Urie, Executive Vice President, and Tim Olson, Vice President, of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Legacy Partners. The Jones Lang LaSalle team secured the following leases:
Legacy Wateridge, which consists of a pair of two-story Class A office buildings totaling 126,000 square feet, is located at 10421 & 10431 Wateridge Circle in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa submarket.
