ULI Boston names Jones Lang LaSalle’s St. Clair District Council Chair


BOSTON, MA, July 20, 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Daniel St. Clair has been named Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston District Council.  He has served as Vice Chair since 2009. ULI Boston, a 1,100 member professional organization, serves the six New England states and provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating sustaining and thriving communities.
 
Daniel is a Managing Director in Spaulding & Slye Investments, a division of Jones Lang LaSalle with over $800 million in co-investment assets, where he focuses on new development, acquisitions and third-party asset management. He has more than 21 years of investment, development, planning, design, construction and project management experience in Boston, Cambridge, Greater Boston, and other major urban US markets. His expertise includes the development, investment sales, and repositioning of distressed real estate assets.
 
Daniels’s current and recent projects include: the redevelopment of the USPS property adjacent to South Station in Boston; asset management of Xanadu Meadowlands in East Rutherford, NJ; advising Proctor & Gamble on its interests in the Gillette Shaving Headquarters campus on Fort Point Channel Boston; redevelopment and sale of Atlantic Wharf (formerly Russia Wharf) in Boston; planning and permitting development at Fan Pier in Boston; the Cambridge Science Center; and 830 Winter Street in Waltham, MA.
