Jones Lang LaSalle Continues to Grow Leasing Team

Firm adds top tier brokers – Philip Lipper, Robert Bull and Stuart Lipper


METROPARK, N.J., June 21, 2011 — In another step towards the firm’s emergence as a leader in commercial real estate services in New Jersey, Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has hired Philip Lipper and Robert Bull as Executive Vice Presidents, and Stuart Lipper as Vice President.  Based in the firm’s Metropark, N.J., office, they will specialize in representing office occupiers in advisory, brokerage and investment sales services.

The addition to Jones Lang LaSalle continues the firm’s aggressive growth strategy in New Jersey, whereby 11 new professionals have been added to the team since late 2010. In only five years, Jones Lang LaSalle has grown from five to over 500 professionals and support staff with three offices in New Jersey.

Bull, has been a tenant representative since 1983, specializing in lease negotiation, account management and strategic planning, and has been responsible for transaction volume of more than 7.5 million square feet throughout his career.

A graduate of Gettysburg College with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration, Bull has received numerous awards and distinctions throughout his distinguished career including being named “Commercial Broker All-Star” by Real Estate New Jersey and a CoStar “Power Broker” for the past five years. 

Philip Lipper is a financial expert focusing on financial engineering, municipal incentives, negotiations and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in public policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and has been involved in deals totaling more than eight million square feet.

Recognized by Real Estate New Jersey as a “Commercial Broker All-Star” and by CoStar as a “Power Broker”, he is a member of the board of directors of the Newark Regional Business Partnership.

Stuart Lipper has a diverse background that includes corporate finance and business in addition to real estate. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was an institutional trader for eight years. He is a graduate of Ramapo College with a bachelor of science degree and spent a semester at the University of Bath, England.
