Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Corporate Solutions Business with Three Strategic Hires

Firm continues pursuit of top industry talent to keep pace with growing demand from corporate occupiers to boost productivity and mitigate costs


CHICAGO, June 9, 2011 - Jones Lang LaSalle today announced it has hired three top executives to high profile positions within its Corporate Solutions business further supporting the firm’s long-term strategy to deliver high-performance solutions to clients. The new additions to the Corporate Solutions roster include: Alejandro Kaisin - Vice President, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement; Suzanne MacLennan - Americas Director, Lease Administration; George Wittmann - Senior Vice President, Technical Operations.

•  Alejandro Kaisin joins the firm as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement with 20 years of international experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain corporate services and facilities management, most recently serving as Vice President of Corporate Services and Business Operations at Pfizer. Kaisin will develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives within the firm’s rapidly growing bio-pharma & life sciences practice. 

Kaisin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from the “Instituto para el Desarrollo de la Empresa Argentina” (IDEA). In 2010, Alejandro was awarded National Hispanic Corporate Achiever of the Year by the National Corporate Achievers Association (NHCA) in the United States for his accomplishments and contributions in fostering diversity and inclusion across Pfizer. Kaisin will report to Marc Campbell, Senior Vice President, Procurement and will be based out of the Stamford, Connecticut office.

• Suzanne MacLennan joins the firm as Americas Director, Lease Administration with more than 24 years experience in property and facility management accounting operations, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and National Director, Client Accounting and Lease Administration at Grubb & Ellis. MacLennan will be charged with delivering lease administration services that enable portfolio planning and optimizing strategic service delivery for the firm’s corporate clients.

MacLennan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. During her tenure at Grubb & Ellis, she was the recipient of several prestigious recognitions at the company including the Bottom Line Impact Award, Circle of Excellence, Excellence in Personal and Team Development, and the Star Performer Award. MacLennan will report to Vivian Mumaw, International Director, Lease Administration, and will be based out of the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

• George Wittmann joins the firm as Senior Vice President, Technical Operations with nearly 30 years of facilities management and project management experience, most recently as an Executive Director of Facility Operations for Merck. Wittmann will lead the firm’s overall technical operations within the BioPharma & Life Sciences practice as well as play a key role in expanding service offerings and supporting client delivery teams.

Wittmann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University, a Masters Degree in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a licensed professional engineer and professional planner in the State of New Jersey. Wittmann will report to Bill Barrett, Executive Vice President, Life Sciences and will be based out of the firm’s New Jersey office.
