Firm secures exclusive leasing mandate for 18-story, 300,000 SF suburban office tower

ORLANDO, FL, May, 31, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the exclusive leasing mandate for Majesty Building. The 18-story trophy office tower is located along Interstate 4 at 123 E Central Parkway, Altamonte Springs, north of downtown Orlando.
“Majesty Building will be the premier suburban office tower in metropolitan Orlando,” said David Chapin, Senior Vice President, Jones Lang LaSalle. “This iconic blue tower, located in the heart of North Orlando’s office market, offers up to 230,000 rentable square feet of contiguous available space integrated with a four-story parking facility.”

“The building’s location provides unmatched Interstate 4 visibility, identity, signage and easy access. A grand three-story atrium style lobby greets tenants and visitors while the upper floor space provides panoramic views of Orlando that are beyond spectacular,” said Chapin.

Majesty Building is a mixed use development and will provide office, retail and meeting space as well as a complete TV production studio facility designated for WACX-TV 55. The tower is located adjacent to the 1.5 million square foot Altamonte Towne Center and the 1.3 million square foot Altamonte Mall, providing multiple retail, restaurant, and hotel amenities.
