Jones Lang LaSalle Subleases 35,500 SF of Space to Nuveen Investments for Fair Isaac Corporation at AT&T Tower

MINNEAPOLIS, March 28, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today it has completed the sublease of 35,496 square feet of space to Nuveen Investments on behalf of Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) at the AT&T Tower in downtown Minneapolis.

Chris Rohrer and Brian Ginkel of the Minneapolis office of Jones Lang LaSalle completed the transaction on behalf of the sublessee, FICO.  Brokers from the Chicago office of Colliers International represented the sublessor, Nuveen Investments.

Nuveen Investments signed a four-year sublease for the 30th and 31st floors in the 34-story building and also signed a direct lease for the entirety of the 29th floor. FICO, meanwhile, retains all of the 32nd and 33rd floors.

The 611,000-square-foot building, located at the corner of Marquette Avenue and Ninth Avenue South, is now approximately 92 percent occupied.
