Jones Lang LaSalle Adds Tarrant County Expert Frank Taylor

New Senior Vice President to bring nearly 450,000SF of assignments


FORT WORTH, TX, April 27, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading integrated financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, has hired Frank Taylor as a Senior Vice President to focus on representing landlords in Tarrant County. Mr. Taylor is directly responsible for marketing and leasing local office buildings, supporting clients with a complete range of leasing services, and generating new business with companies seeking landlord representation services in Fort Worth.

Mr. Taylor will immediately increase the firm’s presence in Fort Worth by bringing to Jones Lang LaSalle University Centre I and II, and Museum Place, two major assignments that total over 440,000 square feet. Jones Lang LaSalle has grown its landlord representation business in Fort Worth to nearly 2 million square feet since it launched this capability in January of this year.
 
Mr. Taylor has been a part of the Fort Worth real estate market for 18 years. He comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from The Westover Group, where he was a Principal. Previously, he served as Senior Director at NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell. Throughout his career, Mr. Taylor has handled over one million square feet of office lease transactions for clients such as the City of Fort Worth, Jagee Holdings, Kodiak Investments, March of Dimes and Omni American. He graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Mr. Taylor is an active member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
